By using the Amber Hotels online booking service you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms & Conditions which form the basis of your contract with Amber Hotels.

Prices are in GBP & include VAT tax at the prevailing rate at the time a payment is made (no VAT payable in the Channel Islands). Bookings made via the Amber Hotels website must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. A deposit of 12% of the total booking value will automatically be deducted from your credit or debit card at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

Should you wish to cancel your booking within the cancellation period, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel outside the allowed cancellation period or do not turn up at the hotel, a Cancellation Charge equivalent to the total cost of the first night's booking value will be charged to your credit or debit card.
